International Education Workshop - Greenland/Nunavik

On November 20, 1980 a group of 34 student teachers from Greenland arrived in Kuujjuaq, Nuanvik, for a series of workshops with Nunavik regional teachers covering the Inuit language, Inuit culture, education, and other issues of common concern.

As part of the workshop one-half of the Greenlandic group visited the community of Tasiujaq, while the remainder visited Kangiqsualujjuaq, to gain a better understanding of the regional education system as a whole.
