ITK is working with the Centre for Research on Educational and Community Services (CRECS) at the University of Ottawa to develop an evaluation framework for the National Strategy on Inuit Education using an outcome-based evaluation model beginning with one of the 10 core investments of the strategy.
The work will produce the following:
- A literature review on the status of Inuit education, drawing on empirical research and policy documents.
- The development of a sustainable data-sharing network system.
- Development and validation of a program logic model for the core investment in Engaging Parents in Education.
