In each of the five remote, fly-in only Inuvialuit Communities, weekly cooking circle and food demonstrations are carried out by a hired local community member. The cooking circle occurs at local community halls and the food demos occur in various locations throughout the community including stores, youth centres, community corporations and special community events.
