Summary of the Initiative

Showing clients how to cook at certain times of the week, prepared recipes, how to look for substitutes for a healthy recipe, and cooking country food. Also, teaching basic preparations and generally how to cook.

Traditional Knowledge

how to prepare traditional food as healthy as possible, example duck cooked without pork. baking with red berries providing vitimans thru own wild berries. baking or boiling rather than frying.
